What information do we collect? How do we use it? When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, billing and shipping addresses, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.
When you register, we need only a name and email address, plus information that helps us to customize your on-line experience toward your specific needs and interests.
We personalize your shopping experience by using your purchases to shape our recommendations about the products that might be of interest to you.

Return and Cancellation Policy
Returns
All-Med Health Care’s product experts review each and every order to ensure our customers get exactly what they want – the correct product. Your satisfaction is very important to us. If we spot possible errors in orders that require measuring and/or fitting, we will notify you immediately by both email and telephone.
When you receive your product you should first open and inspect the contents for damages. All-Med Health Care never delivers used, refurbished, or returned merchandise. We sell and deliver only new products. If you receive a product and discover a missing part, damaged part, or incorrect part, contact us as soon as possible so we can get you up and running. The item will either be replaced free of charge, or you will be sent the missing or defective item. Products must be inspected within 10 days of receipt. All-Med Health Care is committed to providing you with the best products and customer service in the industry.
In the event that you must return a product, you must first call our Customer Service Department at 1-877-725-5633 to obtain an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization). RMA requests must be received within 10 days of receiving a product. Lift Chair and Power Mobility product RMA requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product. Returns authorized by All-Med Health Care must be completed within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
In most cases returns will be accepted as long as the product is in it’s original packaging and the customer pays shipping charges. You must obtain an RMA before returning any product. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number:
- Customer name
- Order Number
- Reason for the return
Please note: Returning oversize/overweight products can be very expensive. Use care when ordering.
All-Med Health Care reserves the right to reject any returned product for health safety reasons, or if we find the product is in other than new condition.
All products to be returned must be received 100% complete, in re-sellable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
All items will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.

- Custom Wheelchairs (Only Transport and Standard Wheelchairs may be returned)

- Ramps
- Bath products (raised toilet seats, toilet safety frames, tub and grab bars, shower chairs, transfer benches, commodes) this list is not all-inclusive.
Cancellations
We work hard to see that your product ships quickly. In most cases, products are shipped by the next business day. For this reason, you must cancel your order quickly, or the product will have already shipped out. If the product has shipped, it is no longer a cancellation; it is a return and will be treated as described in the Return Policy.
Cancellation arrangements must be made by telephone. Please call 1-877-725-5633. Do not email.
